- Lana J.I’m writing this email to share my recent experience booking a surprise adult birthday party for my boyfriend at your Redmond, WA location. In this day and age, I’ve repeatedly been disappointed with customer service at various stores and facilities. I originally had been planning to book a go-kart racing party for my boyfriend at SyKart, a local competitor of K1. I was unhappy with the packages they provided, the inconsistent costs they were quoting me, and their lack of assistance. I did some further research and was pleasantly surprised by my initial customer experience with K1 and Raelynn. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a stark contrast to the service I had initially received at your competitor, and with my questions answered, I decided to book with you As 27 people gathered, with 23 racers, for a grand prix package in Redmond for my boyfriend’s birthday party, the manager – Arnold Lim, cheerfully greeted each person in our party. He also went out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and offered personal thanks to everyone for coming to K1. I was impressed with his willingness to heighten our experience at K1 by offering top notch, quality, customer service. He genuinely seemed to care if we had a good time and made everyone feel welcome. Customer service can make or break a business. I’d like to applaud K1 – particularly Raelyn and especially Arnold, for the wonderful service we received that night (March 5, 2011).
